Description
This chair design is a reference to a Queen Anne side chair from the 1750s. Known for vase-shaped splat (back panel), svelte cabriole legs and hand-carved ball-and-claw feet. This design, made sometime between 1900-1930, is a modern interpretation featuring only mechanically cut side profiles on the legs and machine-made mortise and tenon joints to pay homage to the craftsmanship of 150 years past. The wood is solid mahogany.
