Standard Donation Pickup Service

(It costs an average of $140 per hour to cover the costs of our pickup drivers and truck operations. We try to keep our fee as low as possible. if you have the means, we encourage you to make an additional donation to help us continue our mission! Any additional amount makes a huge difference.)
STANDARD PICK-UP
We offer Standard Pickup directly through Community Warehouse
- Pickups are scheduled roughly one week in advance.
- We can only accept items that match Donation Guidelines.
- Our pickup fee is $50. If you are able to make an additional contribution, we encourage it!
- All items must be ground level, whether inside of the home, garage, or left outdoors. Porch steps are fine. Donations on upper floors must be elevator accessible. Contact our Fleet Team at logistics@communitywarehouse.org to discuss light pickups with stairs
- Please box or bag kitchenware and linens.
- All items are inspected at our drivers’ discretion; they are well trained in what we accept for donations!
PRIORITY PICK-UP
We offer Priority Pickup directly through our partners at ReSupply.
- Pickups as soon as 24 hours.
- Any and all items accepted! All eligible items are donated while remaining items are ethically disposed of.
- Item retrieval from anywhere including within residence or a storage unit.
- Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets, or lighting).
- Fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee. (fee is not tax deductible)
