After two years of residential pick-up services being suspended or limited, Community Warehouse is happy to announce the return of self-scheduling for donation pick-ups!
On our website, there are now two options for you to choose from: Priority Pick-Up and Standard Pick-Up. The two options allow for quicker turn-around, increased flexibility, and more efficient operation for all involved!
Our Standard Pick-Up Service is the same service that we offered pre-pandemic. This option is offered directly by Community Warehouse Staff. Standard Pick-up is perfect if you have gently used, mission appropriate furniture and household items and have a flexible window available for your pick-up. The cost for a Standard Pick-Up is a flat fee of $80. So, whether you have just one mattress or a whole house full of furniture, it will cost only $80, and all the funds will go to Community Warehouse to help with service costs. And now, with the return of self-scheduling, there will be less of a wait time as you do not have to coordinate with staff beforehand. Standard Pick-Ups are typically scheduled 1 week in advance of your pick-up date.
For expedited services, and for items that do not fit our criteria, we have partnered with an all-in-one pickup service called Re-Supply to offer Priority Pick-up. Re-Supply will collect all your items and will redistribute them to appropriate local re-use organizations and recyclers (including Community Warehouse!). This option is perfect if you are in a hurry and if you need all your items to go all at once. Re-Supply charges a la carte, so the more items you have, the more it will cost.
