"LILY PAD"
Teresa Vanderkin finds that her inspiration is continually drawn from the simple and elegant handiwork of nature. She becomes most creatively alive through the gathering and combining of found materials and working with wood and natural fibers. She weaves and explores the interplay of color and texture found through her perennial recreation of garden landscape and through the moving expression of dance.
Teresa is delighted to participate in the CHAIR AFFAIR+ for another season because she finds it equally inspiring to behold the potential of something that appears no longer useful and to give it a new life and story to fulfill.
