As far back as Robert Zozaya can remember, he has always been fascinated and mesmerized by nature’s beauty and quirkiness and his connection to them. The origin of his creations come from this connectedness to nature. Robert’s art is a blending of the extension of his senses and the potential that surrounds each and every one of us…the black shadows as well as the brilliant light. Robert creates to satisfy his inner need, with his art as a kind of meditative endeavor.
The Lakota words ‘mitakuye oyasin’ are translated best in the western world: “We are ALL related.” From this, Lorainn Karnes feels compelled to create. In a variety of mediums, Spirit inspires her to speak of the Void, the Great Mystery. To bring clarity to that which may be unseen by some, misunderstood by others, the realization that we are all truly connected.
Robert and Lorainn have combined their creative talents to bring you Visions from Void. Working together with Spirit, they help to manifest their dreams which, in turn, shall become your pleasures. Robert and Lorainn utilize mainly recycle/reclaim materials to create beautiful, functional art, furniture, wine racks, candle holders, etc.
