"REFLECT"
Relatively new to the art world, Parris is thrilled to realize her passion and dreams by exhibiting her art. After years of sketching, she recently began creating mosaics from her original drawings. One of her favorite pastimes is to rummage through the vivid colors of scrap glass and imagine one of her drawings submerged between the swirls of color.
Parris has shown her work in local galleries and various art shows in the Northwest. She is drawn to functional art and enjoys participating as a “Cracked Pots” artist, utilizing recycled glass and fixtures as her mediums. The CHAIR AFFAIR+ gives her an opportunity to give back to the Northwest community where she is proud to have grown up.
