To determine which medium to use on her CHAIR AFFAIR+ chair, Joanne Andrew simply flipped a coin. As you can see by the chair she created, stained glass won.
Joanne’s interest in art started at a very early age, when her 7th grade art teacher gave her special permission to take two drawing classes each day. Her high school art teacher encouraged her to explore other mediums, even giving her the formula to make her own stone to carve with. Today, Joanne continues to enjoy creating art using many different mediums. The rest of the time you can find her working as a substitute teacher in the Vancouver School District.
