Erin Ridle has been a “craftress” her whole life, from fimo beads and potholders to beadwork and costumes, eventually focusing on fiber arts, arts and crafts and welding. Even beyond arts and crafts, she genuinely loves creating. Erin avidly enjoys performing, having left a many-year run in a Drag King Troupe in Boise. She is currently shopping around an adult choose-your-own-adventure book she has written.
The CHAIR AFFAIR+ is Erin’s first step into the art world since moving back home to the Northwest. She says that she did not find the CHAIR AFFAIR+; it found her. The effort dovetailed a sudden artistic inspiration upon a chair she’d had for a year with an email from a friend encouraging her to participate.
