Ed Kitson

"ECLIPSE"

Ed Kitson’s work is driven by two hexagonal meals per day and is inspired by the interplay between technology, history and culture. It has been sold at fine local venues such as the Estate Store, the Garage Sale and previous CHAIR AFFAIRS. Some of this work has even been acknowledged as his own.

Ed was the youngest child of a pheasant plucker at the court of the last King of the Connecticut Yankees. Subject to the laws of primogeniture, he was tossed out with the bathwater at an early age. Since then he has held numerous jobs, including purveyor of fine antiques and ridiculous junk, fence post, second-story bagman, chimney sweep, professional waif, failed capitalist, bird dog, archaeologist, jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none, half-assed renaissance man (go dark ages!), apprentice madman, pontificator and/or blithering idiot (it’s a matter of perspective).

He has been poorly photographed and misquoted by small-town newspapers throughout rural America. He has not yet played a doctor on TV but he has played God in a very poorly written and acted college play.
