Community Warehouse is open to all Case Managers from social service or non-profit organizations. Prior to entering into a partnership with the Warehouse, please note the following:
- Our relationship is with you, the Case Manager. We do not work directly with clients.
- Case Managers must verify a client’s need before making a request. For example, if a sofa is requested, then we understand that the client does not have a sofa, is not able to acquire a sofa from another source, and your agency is unable to purchase a sofa for your client.
- Case Managers must be present to receive items for clients. Please use your discretion in asking clients to accompany you to the Warehouse.
- When picking up requested items, Case Managers must bring assistance to lift and load items. We are not able to load your items for you.
- Once you have attended an orientation at the Warehouse you may submit an online request for items.
- Please note: Effective January 1, 2012, our $35 access fee will increase to $50 per client request. Payment is due at the time of pick-up, unless prior billing arrangements have been made.
The next Case Manager orientation will be on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 from 4-5pm. Please email Tom (tom@communitywarehouse.org) if you would like to reserve a space for the upcoming orientation.
